• Estimated delivery time is within 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your destination, the courier partner assigned to your region, and public holidays or local events that may affect logistics.
• Customers will be notified of the estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
• During peak seasons such as Navaratri, Diwali, Karthigai Deepam, or Pongal, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes. We appreciate your patience during festive periods.

Delays & Exceptions

For Physical Products:

• Returns are accepted within 4 business days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
