- Products that show signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Return Process — Step by Step
Initiating a return is simple. Please follow the steps below:

- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photographs of the product if it is damaged or defective.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the return shipping process, including the address to send the product back to.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back as instructed.
- Once the returned product is received at our end and passes inspection, your return or refund request will be processed promptly.
Please note that return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Policy
We aim to make the refund process as transparent and hassle-free as possible.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.
- Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 4 business days.
- The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method — UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet — within 7 business days from the date of initiation.
- Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or incorrect item being sent.
- Refunds will not be issued for products that fail inspection due to customer-side damage or misuse.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, design, or item of equivalent value, please contact us within the return window.
- Exchange requests will be reviewed and confirmed by our team within 2 business days.
- The replacement or exchanged product will be dispatched and delivered within 7 business days of confirmation.
- Availability of the requested exchange item is subject to stock at the time of the request.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Orders can be cancelled within 4 business days of purchase, provided the product has not yet been shipped.

- Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation requests that meet the above criteria will be confirmed, and any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.

- Products that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled.
- Items returned without prior communication or outside the return window will not be accepted.
